We’ve all heard that our thoughts control our reality, and that the strength of our emotions drives it. I don’t know about you, but I’ve heard it so much that I have started tuning it out.
I start paying attention when I hear that their is science behind it though. Have you read The Divine Matrix by Gregg Braden? He talks about some of the experiments that have been done that prove that our emotions strongly influence our reality.
At the beginning of the book, Gregg Braden talks about 2 experiments that were done that together show how our emotions and our reality are linked.
Experiment #1
Dr. Vladimir Poponin and Dr. Peter Gariaev in 1995 conducted an experiment to see what kind of influence DNA has on free particles. They removed all of the air from a tube and found that the photons inside the vacuum were scattered everywhere inside the tube, unordered.
When they added strands of human DNA to the tube they found that the photons arranged themselves in a particular way. They were now ordered.
Then they removed the DNA from the tube from the tube and examined the photons again. They expected the photons to return to an unordered arrangement since the DNA wasn’t there to influence them. Instead, the photons remained in their ordered configuration, as if the DNA was still present.
Experiment #2
It was known in the 1990′s that our emotions affect our DNA. The US Army performed tests in 1993 to see if emotions still effect DNA after it has been removed from the body.
They took DNA samples from volunteers by taking a cotton swab to the inside of the mouth and isolated the samples in a separate room from the volunteer where it could be monitored. The volunteer was shown images to generate a series of true emotions during a short period of time.
When the volunteer experienced emotional peaks and dips, his DNA in the isolated sample showed a powerful response at the same instant in time.
Dr. Cleve Backster, who conceived the original experiments, continued the tests himself after the Army stopped funding them. He separated the volunteer and DNA sample by up to 350 miles and found that the results still held. The DNA in the sample still showed simultaneous responses to the emotions of the volunteer.
Conclusion
What this means is that our emotions are the means that we have to communicate with out DNA, which then exerts its influence over our environment to create our reality. So use your emotions and thoughts wisely to consciously create the life you choose.

Great article. As humans we are so governed by our emotions. The decisions we make are based on out emotions. They are not always the right decision but we try to justify them with logic.

Wow, what a powerful article illustrating the power of our emotions! Thanks Wayne, I know some people don't believe it but there are many sources of scientific proof! This second experiment reminded me of the strange connections that identical twins have despite geographical separations… but our thoughts DO cause corresponding emotions, which DO affect our reality.
