Everything is Energy, Frequency, and Vibration

If you wish to understand the Universe, think of energyI saw this quote by Nikola Tesla on Facebook yesterday.

If you wish to understand the Universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration.

Energy is all there is, and frequency and vibration describe the state of the energy.

In quantum physics, they have looked inside the atom and found nothing there but energy.

If you remember back to science class in high school, you will remember that there is a nucleus in the center of the atom and electrons flying around it in various orbits. Energy is what holds the electrons in a specific orbit.

What do you get when you split an atom? Lots of energy.

If we shift our focus to the human body, we find that everything that we need to thrive is energy. We need heat to stay warm – energy. We need light to see – energy. The fuel we take from food so that we can work and play is measured in calories – a unit of energy.

Light is a good place to look to see the significance of frequency or vibration. What we call “light” is a small range in the electromagnetic spectrum, and it is highly beneficial for us.

Just below visible light in the spectrum is infrared energy. Infrared is also beneficial to us. Our bodies perceive it as heat and it is the warming energy that we receive from the sun.

Above the visible light spectrum is ultraviolet. It is beneficial to us in small doses. The human body uses ultraviolet light to manufacture vitamin D.

If you get outside of those frequencies of energy, they can become harmful to us, like x-rays and gamma rays. So, not only is everything energy, the frequency of that energy is very important too.

Next time I will take this a little farther.
