In Spiritual Enlightenment: The Damnedest Thing McKenna says “I just follow the flow and play my part and enjoy the ride.” That is a great way to live whether you are seeking spiritual enlightenment or not. It is just a relaxing way to live.
Most people go through life with a lot of attachments. They worry about what will happen, if they will have enough money, if people will like them. It is a very stressful way to live.
From Law of Attraction teachings, those attachments are the very things that prevent you from attracting the things you want into your life. As you already know, if you spend all of your time fixated on what you don’t have, then all you will attract is not having it.
On the otherhand, if you relax and go with the flow then you aren’t chasing anything away. You are allowing everything to be perfect, because everything is perfect all the time.
That’s the other part of “following the flow”, realizing that everything is perfect. Everything that happens is exactly as it should be, neither good nor bad. Good or bad is just how we decide to interpret the events and situations in our lives. If we let go and allow ourselves to experience our lives without passing judgement then we can enjoy our lives a whole lot more.
Again, from the standpoint of the Law of Attraction, if we don’t assign good or bad and get all excited when things happen to us, then we can allow the things we want into our lives.
And don’t think that I don’t struggle with this, because I do. And it is ok that I do because it shows me exactly where I am and what I need to work on. I have been able to let go of some of my attachments and I still have a long way to go.
I still have a lot of attachments around money and people on the roads. What are the areas that you are still struggling with. If you are willing to share then please let us know what is going on in a comment below. Also, please share this with your followers on the social networks.
